இப்போதெல்லாம் நடுத்தர வர்க்கத்தைச் சேர்ந்தவர்களுடைய லட்சியமே கோடிகளில்தான் ஆரம்பிக்கிறது! அதற்குக் காரணம் இல்லாமல் இல்லை... பொருளாதாரம் முன்னேற முன்னேற, மக்களின் வருமானமும் அதிகரித்துக் கொண்டே செல்கிறது. இந்த முன்னேற்றத்தால், நடுத்தரவர்க்க மக்களிடம் சர்ப்ளஸ் (Surplus) என்று சொல்லப்படும் 'தேவைக்கு அதிகமான தொகை'யும் அதிகரித்துக் கொண்டே வருகிறது.

இப்படி 'எக்ஸ்ட்ரா' வருமானம் வந்தாலும், அதை முறையாகச் சேமிக்காவிட்டால் அது வந்து என்ன லாபம்? பொதுவாக இப்படி பணம் வந்ததும் பலர் அந்தப் பணம் முழுவதையும் தங்களுக்குத் தெரிந்த தொழிலில் அல்லது முதலீட்டில் கொண்டு போய் போட்டுவிடுகிறார்கள்.

அல்லது பக்கத்து வீட்டுக்காரர் செய்கிறார், சொந்தக்காரர் செய்கிறார் அதையே நாமும் செய்துவிடுவோம் என்று செய்துவிடுகிறார்கள். இது எவ்வளவு பெரிய தவறு! நாம் ஒவ்வொருவரும் ஒவ்வொரு வகையில் ஸ்பெஷலானவர்கள். நம் ஒவ்வொருவருடைய தேவையும் மாறுபட்டது. அதற்கேற்றார் போலத்தான் நமது சேமிப்புகளும் முதலீடுகளும் அமைய வேண்டும்.

சிலர் இன்று பணம் போட்டால் நாளைக்கே இரட்டிப்பாகிவிட வேண்டும் என்று எதிர்பார்க்கிறார்கள். பணத்தைப் பெருக்குவதற்கு மேஜிக் எதுவும் இல்லை. மாறாக நீண்ட கால நோக்கும், ஒழுக்கமும், பொறுமையும், தொடர்ந்த முதலீடும் தேவை. இவைகளுடன் நாம் கீழே காணப் போகும் அஸட் அலோகேஷனும் மிக முக்கியம்.

இது கல்யாணம் ஆன ஆண்கள் அனைவரும் சந்திக்கும் பிரச்சினை, இதை சமாளிப்பது எப்படி? கல்யாணத்துக்கு மறுநாளில் இருந்துதான், சமையலை கிச்சனில் செய்வார்கள், என்ற அரிய உண்மை பல பெண்களுக்கு தெரியவருகிறது. அவர்கள் சில பல நிர்பந்தகள் காரணமாக சமைக்க நேரிடுகிறது, அப்படி சமைத்து சாப்பாடு போடும் பொழுது, "சாப்பிட்ட பின் ஏதும் என்னை பாராட்டுறீங்களா? எவ்வளோ கஷ்டப்பட்டு செஞ்சேன்! ரிஸ்க்: தண்ணியாக இருப்பது எல்லாம் ரசம் இல்லை, சூடாகவும் கொஞ்சம் இனிப்பாகவும் கொஞ்சமாக டம்ளரில் காலையிலும்,மாலையிலும் கொடுத்தால்அதற்கு பெயர் டீ அல்லது காப்பி! (சில சமயம் சர்க்கரை போட மறந்தாலும் மறந்து இருக்கலாம்).

புளிக்குழம்பு அல்லது வற்றல் குழம்பு உறுதி செய்வது எப்படி?
நிறம் கொஞ்சம் சிகப்பு கலரிலும், கொஞ்சம் கெட்டியாகவும் இருக்கும் ,பூண்டு வெங்காயம் போன்றவை இருக்கும் பருப்பு இருக்காது அப்படி இருந்தால் அது புளிக்குழம்பு,அதில் கொஞ்சமாக சுண்டைக்காய் போன்ற வத்தல் கருக்கி கருப்பு நிறத்தில் அதில் கிடந்தால் அது வத்தல் குழம்பு.

சாதம் வகைகள்

சாதம் வெள்ளையாகவும் உப்பு, உறைப்பு ஏதுவும் இல்லாமல் இருந்தால் அது வெறும் சாதம். (கொஞ்சம் உறைப்பாக இருந்தாலோ அல்லது கொஞ்சம் உப்பாக இருந்தாலோ அது ஏதோ வெரைட்டி சாதம்).

ரிஸ்க்: சில சமயம் குழஞ்சி பொங்கல் போல இருக்கும் ஆனால் அதில் மிளகு, பச்சை மிளகாய் போன்றவை இருக்கா என்று பார்க்கவும் அப்படி இருந்தால் அது பொங்கல். இல்லை என்றால் அது வெறும் சாதம்.

புளிசாதம்: நிறம் கொஞ்சம் சிகப்பாகவும் அதில் கொஞ்சம் நிலக்கடலையும், காய்ந்த மிளகாயும் கிடக்கும் அப்படி இருந்தால் அது புளிசாதம். சுவை சில சமயம் புளிப்பு.

லெமன் ரைஸ்: நிறம் மஞ்சள், சுவை கொஞ்சம் புளிப்ப்பு, கடலைபருப்பு, பச்சை மிளகாய் கிடக்கும்.

இந்த இருவகை சாதத்தையும் சரியாக கண்டுபிடிக்க ஆரம்பித்துவிட்டால் இனி பிரச்சினை இல்லை.

சிக்கன் பிரியாணி: அதே புளிசாதம் போல் சிகப்பு ஆனால் சிக்கன் பீஸ் கிடக்கும் அப்படி இருந்தால் அது சிக்கன் பிரியாணி, அவசரப்பட்டு சிக்கன் புளிசாதம் என்று சொல்லிவிடக்கூடாது.

ரிஸ்க்: சிலசமயம் மனைவியின் அப்பா,அம்மா, தம்பி , அக்கா வந்து இருந்தால் உங்களுக்கு வெறும் சாதம் மட்டுமே கிடைக்கும் அதை வைத்து அவசரப்பட்டு புளிசாதம் என்று சொல்லிடக்கூடாது அன்று அமைதியாக இருப்பது நலம்.

அதுமட்டும் இன்றி அவர்கள் வந்து இருந்தால் அன்று விசேசமாக நான் வெஜ் தான் இருக்கும் வெஜ் இருக்காது ஆகையால் அது சிக்கன் உங்களுக்கு வந்தாலும் வராவிட்டாலும் அது பிரியாணிதான்.

முக்கியமாக பிரியாணியில் பருப்பு வகைகள் இருக்காது.

இதர சில குறிப்புகள்

சேமியா போட்டு கொஞ்சம் தண்ணியாகவும் கொஞ்சம் இனிப்பாகவும் இருந்தால் அது பாயசம், அதே சேமியா கொஞ்சம் உறைப்பாக இருந்தால் அது கிச்சடி. (கிச்சடி கெட்டியாகதான் இருக்கும் என்று சொல்லமுடியாது சில சமயம் டம்ளரில் கிச்சடி குடித்த நண்பர்கள் கூட இருக்கிறார்கள்.)

ரவை போட்டு அது இனிப்பாகவும் கொஞ்சம் சிகப்பு கலரிலும் இருந்தால் அது கேசரி, அதுவே கொஞ்சம் உப்பாக இருந்தால் அது ரவா உப்புமா!

கொஞ்சம் கடலைமாவில் உள்ளே வெங்காயம்,அல்லது காளிபிளவர்,அல்லது உருளைகிழங்கு போன்றவை இருந்தால் அவை பஞ்சி.(மொறுமொறுப்பாக இருக்கவேண்டு என்ற அவசியம் இல்லை).

In a nutshel google voice gives u a US number and Unlimited free calls and sms to US and Canada.

But the trick is Google voice is open only to US. In hacker's world there is a trick to get google number even outside US and get unlimited free calls to US and Canada using Google Voice.

Here is steps

Step 1: When you try to sign up google voice outside US, Google sniffs ur ip address and throw u the following error.

Here we are going to do some tricks to make Google believe that you are accessing Google voice from US.

Download and Install HSS Google voice proxy that changes your ip to US and make google beleive that you are accessing google voice from US.

Download Google Voice proxy changer here. [attachment=101]
Installation is quite simple just make sure u uncheck all the extra offers and click next till its installed.

Once installed it will make a connection to its US Server to get u a US IP Address.

When you get the following screen you are good to go to next step.

Get SIP address to get US number.

Go to Iptel.org
Click on the subscribe link in the top right corner.

you will be presented with sign up page like this.

enter all details and click on register button.
Note down the SIP User id.

Step 3:

Get US Phone number

Go to phone.ipkall.com
You will be presented with sign up screen like below.

Choose your account type:SIP
Choose Area Code for your IPKall Number: 253
SIP Phone number: your SIP user id created in Step 2
SIP Proxy: sip.iptel.org
Email Address: your valid email address
password : of your choice
# of Seconds to ring before hanging up: Leave default value

enter captcha value and click submit button.

Step 4:

Set up your SIP Softphone.

Download X-lite here

once installed open up the Xlite smartphone, Right click on it and select SIP Account Settings

Login with your gmail id.

There are four steps in signing up google voice

Step 1: Select your Google Number. Google offers to select number based on location or your own number preference.
I have entered ma name ManiG and clicked search and found a numbers ending with my name.

Step 2: Set up your Google voice pin. Used to access voicemail and other features.

Step 3: Provide US number i.e Ipkall number you received on email and click on continue in step 3 and call now button in step 4. Now your xlite softphone rings and press answer button. enter the two digit number shown in the google voice in xlite keypad and your google voice number is activated.

How to make a call using google voice.

before that setup your Auto Attend option in xlite softphone.

Now go to google voce page, click on the call button on left top end and enter the desired US/Canada number and click on connect button.
you are connected with xlite softphone and in 10 seconds your destination number rings.

effective ways of searching GOOGLE

So much information is on the web, its mind boggling. Thankfully we have search

I use google.com as my primary search engine because it presently tops the charts as far as
the sites that it indexes which means more pertinent info per search.

1. Page translation.
Just because someone speaks another language doesn't mean they dont have anything useful to say. I use translation tools like the ones found at

http://babelfish.altavista.com
and

http://world.altavista.com
to translate a few key words I am searching for. Be specific and creative because these tools arent the most accurate things on the planet.

2. Directories.
These days everything is about $$$. We have to deal/w SEO (search engine optimization) which seems like a good idea on paper until you do a search for toys and get 5 pornsites in the first 10 results. Using a sites directory will eliminate that. You can narrow your search down easily by looking for the info in specific catagories. (PS google DOES have directories, they're at: directory.google.com)

3. Here are some tips that google refers to as "advanced"

A. "xxxx" / will look for the exact phrase. (google isnt case sensitive)
B. -x / will search for something excluding a certain term
C. filetype:xxx / searches for a particular file extention (exe, mp3, etc)
D. -filetype:xxx / excludes a particular file extention
E. allinurl:x / term in the url
F. allintext:x / terms in the text of the page
G. allintitle:x / terms in the html title of that page
H. allinanchor:x / terms in the links

4. OR
Self explanatory, one or the other... (ie: binder OR joiner)

5. ~X
Synonyms/similar terms (in case you can't think of any yourself)

6. Numbers in a range.
Lets say you're looking for an mp3 player but only want to spend up to $90. Why swim through all the others? MP3 player $0..$90 The 2 periods will set a numeric range to search between. This also works with dates, weights, etc

7. +
Ever type in a search and see something like this:
"The following words are very common and were not included in your search:"
Well, what if those common words are important in your search? You can force google to search through even the common terms by putting a + in front of the denied word.

8. Preferences
It amazes me when I use other peoples PCs that they dont have their google search preferences saved. When you use google as much as I do, who can afford to not have preferences? They're located on the right of the search box, and have several options, though I only find 2 applicable for myself...
A. Open results in new browser
B. Display 10-100 results per page. (I currently use 50 per page, but thats a resolution preference, and 5X's the default)

9. *
Wildcard searches. Great when applied to a previously mentioned method. If you only know the name of a prog, or are looking for ALL of a particular file (ie. you're DLing tunes) something like *.mp3 would list every mp3.

10. Ever see this?
"In order to show you the most relevant results, we have omitted some entries very similar to the X already displayed. If you like, you can repeat the search with the omitted results included." The answer is YES. yes yes yes. Did I mention yes? I meant to.

11. Search EVERYWHERE
Use the engine to its fullest. If you dont find your answer in the web section, try the group section. Hell, try a whole different search engine. Dont limit yourself, because sometimes engines seem to intentionally leave results out.
ex. use google, yahoo, and altavista. search the same terms... pretty close, right? Now search for disney death. Funny, altavista has plenty of disney, but no death...hmmm.

If you've read this far into this tutorial without saying, "Great, a guy that copied a few google help pages and thinks its useful info" then I will show you WHY (besides accuracy, speed, and consistancy finding info on ANYTHING) its nice to know how a search engine works. You combine it/w your knowledge of other protocol.

Example:
Want free music? Free games? Free software? Free movies? God bless FTP! Try this search:
intitle:"Index of music" "rolling stones" mp3
Substitute rolling stones/w your favorite band. No? Try the song name, or another file format. Play with it. Assuming SOMEONE made an FTP and uploaded it, you'll find it.

For example....I wanted to find some Sepultura. If you never heard them before, they're a Brazilian heavy metal band that kicks ass. I started with this:
intitle:"Index of music" "Sepultura" mp3 <-- nothing
intitle:"Index of música" "Sepultura" mp3 <-- nothing
intitle:"Index of musica" "Sepultura" mp3 <-- not good enough
intitle:"Index of music" "Sepultura" * <-- found great stuff, but not enough Sepultura

At this point it occurs to me that I may be missing something, so I try:
intitle:"index of *" "sepultura" mp3 <-- BANG!
(and thats without searching for spelling errors)
Also try inurl:ftp

I find that * works better for me than trying to guess other peoples mis-spellings.

The same method applies for ebooks, games, movies, SW, anything that may be on an FTP site.

I hope you enjoyed this tutorial, and I saw that recently a book and an article was written on the very same topic. I havn't read them as of yet, but check em out, and get back to me if you feel I missed something important and should include anything else.
